Simplex Mobility Deploys the Telax Cloud Solution

Telax Hosted Call Center, a specialist in contact center technology is improving service delivery for Simplex Mobility, a customer-driven managed services provider in the corporate wireless space. Simplex Mobility has recently deployed the Telax cloud solution that is supporting its Simplex Mobility Product Help Desk solution.
Simplex’s customers demand several features from its service provider such as precision reporting, end-user support and usage visibility. Recognizing these requirements, Simplex searched for a hosted contact center solution that could replace its current hosted carrier.
But, the company wanted the solution to provide cost certainty and improved service delivery for its clients. After searching for vendors in the market Simplex decided to use solution from Telax as it is reliable, less expensive and easier-to-use than other available offerings.
Telax offers an all-inclusive cloud solution to Simplex at a fixed-monthly fee providing cost certainty. Both partners have a common goal to provide high quality services to its clients and they are thus collaborating efforts to serve the customers in a better manner.

Today, Telax Hosted Call Center leverages cloud computing to deliver a contact center solution with more functionality than traditional hardware at a more affordable cost. The company was in news earlier this year for announcing enhancement to security options for PCI (News - Alert) compliance on its cloud-based contact center software.
