Connect First Intros Certified Cloud Routing Destination Program for Call Centers

Cloud Routing is increasing contact center efficiencies by introducing its Certified Cloud Routing Destination program. This program also enables clients to reduce operating costs and produce more detailed and increased transparency reporting.
Connect First provides Cloud Routing solutions for the Direct Response industry. Its Cloud Routing is a hosted solution that allows intelligent load balancing of inbound calls to multiple contact centers.
Several benefits can be enjoyed if both the Cloud Routing client and the outsourced call center use the Connect First platform such as cost savings.
Connect First claims clients have to pay about a penny per minute less to route to a call center on its network than to one that is not because both the Cloud Routing customer and the Cloud Destination would be on the Connect First network.
The call routing to the center becomes more efficient if both the Cloud Routing client and their outsourced center are on the Connect First platform.
Clients can also see complete, front to back, reporting on each call if an outsourced call center utilizes the Connect First ACD and is receiving traffic from a Connect First Cloud Routing customer.
“Being both a Cloud Routing Provider and having Certified Destinations which clients can route their calls to gives Connect First a unique advantage in the industry,” said Connect First’s VP of sales, Darren Prine.
Connect First offers Cloud Routing, Inbound ACD, Outbound Dialing, Call Tracking, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Voice Broadcast, Disaster Recovery, Predictive Dialer, Real-Time Telemetry, CDR Reporting, Live Agent Chat and more.
The company recently received the 2012 Next Generation Network Leadership Award.
