TouchStar Partners with IP-Converge to Implement Call Center Technology in Asia

TouchStar (News - Alert), a provider of predictive dialer solutions and a rapidly growing call center software developer, has successfully partnered with IP-Converge to implement TouchStar call center technology in Asia.

IP-Converge is now certified as a TouchStar Gold Partner to sell, implement, customize, train and support the TouchStar 2008 Call Center System and Predictive Dialer in Asia.
Rene Huergas, President of IPC, said in a Monday statement, "TouchStar is a logical partner for IPC because TouchStar has been a very important contact center technology provider in the Philippines over the last seven years.”
