Hosted Call Center Provider NewVoiceMedia Recognized for Performance

NewVoiceMedia (News - Alert), a provider of cloud contact center and voice solutions, has been recognized in Gartner’s report. The report details the development of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) offerings in Europe and has recognized NewVoiceMedia for its service availability and performance.

There are four distinct types of European CCaaS providers, according to the research firm that has listed NewVoiceMedia as one of five application specialists providing contact center services in the cloud. The cloud contact center and voice solutions provider is also named as the only CCaaS provider that publishes live service availability and performance data to its customers and prospects.
CCaaS solutions are popular amongst businesses as it offers lower total cost of ownership (TCO). Also, these solutions can consolidate technology and operations for many countries with a single supplier. In future, CCaaS solutions will become even more important as the demand for solutions with a lower TCO increases amongst service providers.
