Noble Systems Acquires Assets from TelStar Hosted Contact Center Services

Unified contact center technology solutions provider Noble Systems has announced the acquisition of assets from CaaS contact center technology multi-vendor provider TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services.
"We welcome TelStar Hosted clients and partners and look forward to offering them the stability, security and commitment to innovation that comes with the Noble Systems (News - Alert) brand," said James K. Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems.
TelStar Hosted Services specializes in offering blended services, predictive dialer capabilities, automated voice messaging and more. The company will now offer Noble Systems' cloud-based and hybrid premise/cloud solutions through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.
"As an established market leader in hosted contact center services, we are well-positioned to integrate TelStar Hosted assets and technology and help its customers succeed on day one," added Noble.
Following this strategic move, TelStar Hosted CEO James P. Dunn, will join Noble Systems to lead client onboarding and transition efforts.
Dunn has an impressive career as an executive at various technology and telecommunications firms.

In businesses since 1989, Noble Systems is known for providing its award-winning Noble platforms for inbound/outbound/blended communications. The company was recently in news for acquiring the technology assets of Houston-based contact center technology firm Stratasoft (News - Alert) for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition of Stratasoft has enabled Atlanta-based Noble Systems to further expand its portfolio.
